Bad news for the Jews:

Yaakov just walked into the computer room. "What are you doing?" he asked quizzically. "I can't sleep." "Too bad," he said. "Try." (I did try. I took valerian. And scullcap. Nothing doing.)

It's 5 a.m. - I start a job teaching Sunday school in 4 hours. I have to be perky for 6 year olds, and I haven't slept at all.

This isn't looking too good.

  1. Taking a few big capsules of calcium-magnesium supplements at bedtime can help you relax and sleep. It's not the warmth of the warm milk that renders it soporific, it's the calcium in the milk.
